ABOUT ME

I am a Certified Personal Trainer and I have been officially training for 4 years. I specialize in Muscle Building, Injury Prevention and Corrective Exercise, Functional Training, and improving overall General Fitness.

I started out as a College Basketball Coach at Lamar Community College then at Eastern Oklahoma State College. In both of these previous jobs I was the Strength and Conditioning Coach where I formatted training regimens specific to the time of season to help my players optimize their performance. However, my passion has always been solely on training and that's why in the middle of my stint as a college coach I obtained my certification in Personal Training ( August 2020).

I began personal training at VASA Fitness in November of 2021 and trained several clients outside of VASA as well. In January of 2022 I started free-lance training at Workout junkies.

The gym is my escape, I am obsessed with feeling healthy and increasing the longevity of my life through health and fitness. I aspire to help as many people as I can to not only reach their fitness goals but to learn how to maintain a healthy lifestyle and improve their overall quality of life. This is my “why,” my driving factor. What’s your why?

What People Are Saying

When I first met Coach Tee I was at what felt like one of my lowest points I’ve experienced so far in life. I will never forget the first day we trained. Before starting she looked at me and said “man I might end up your life coach.” The girl I was when I started training with Tee had absolutely no self confidence and felt completely worthless. I told her that I wanted to lose weight after being hurt pretty damn badly and she replied with “we are going to get you SNATCHED.” One whole year later and so much in my life has changed since starting a this health and strength journey. I am stronger and so much more confident in so many aspects other than just the gym thanks to her. Training with Coach Tee has truly given me confidence to tackle anything day to day, and I am so grateful to have had the honor to call her my Personal Trainer.

— Ericia Wenthold

"I'm grateful for the great progress I've made in the gym with Coach Tee. I move through my days with less pain, more stamina and energy, and I have so much fun working out with her!"

— Joy Schulz

"When I first met Coach Tee, I told her about my back pain issues and that PT (physical therapy) wasn't helping. She said she could help with that. And she did! Almost 3 months of personal training, I'm no longer having back pain. The spine specialist said he was amazed at my progress. Since I have scoliosis, my back muscles don't work properly. He said to keep doing what I'm doing because it's strengthening my muscles, which is helping them to work properly.

Losing weight has also helped with the strain from the excess weight. Plus, my clothes are fitting much better and not as tight!

When, I had my first session with Coach Tee, she noticed I wasn't wanting to use my right knee/leg much. I have had two knee surgeries on my right knee and didn't realize I was still favoring it. Through training, my knee is getting stronger and the pain with it has lessened greatly."

— Tina Ohler

"Coach Tee has improved my overall health both physically and mentally. Her constant torture (or training) has increased my muscle mass and decreased fat. She has humbled me mentally, in the sense of showing me what I lacked in: stamina. I came to her strong, she got me stronger for longer,  increasing workout productivity and taking less rest. I dare say, she made me into a machine."

Oh my goodness! The increased flexibility and the loosening of my hip flexors felt/feels so relieving. This combination really worked for my conditions and the results were immediate. Thanks for your knowledge and taking the time to correct my issues so that I can have success with my workout program!
