online Training Application

With Online Training you can choose between a customized workout regimen that is progressed and changed every 4 weeks with nutritional guidance or solely the workout regimen. Some slight modifications may occur during each 4-week phase. You will have to commit to a minimum of 90 days (three 4 week phases). Depending on your goals you will have anywhere between 3-5 day workout splits. Your workouts will be available to you in an app called Trainerize.

We will track your progress with progress pictures that you can upload to the app and you will be responsible for downloading MyFitnessPal if you choose the nutritional guidance package to help you track food intake.

I am available for support 24/7 but we will have mandatory check-ins at the end of each week. You will be responsible for providing feedback after every completed workout. Feedback includes but is not limited to progress photos, your summary of the workout and/or exercise videos.

COMMUNICATION IS IMPORTANT!! If there is something you don’t like with your program or something that needs to change, I can’t help you if you don’t tell me.

Understand that there are NO guarantees of results with personal training programs. Results are based on your drive, commitment, and WILL to change your life. Making this commitment is not easy, there are no shortcuts, you will have good days and bad days. You don’t have to be motivated but you HAVE to stay consistent. Don’t commit to online training if you don’t know WHY it is your pursuing it. Knowing why you’re doing this will help keep you in line on your path to change your life!
